Texoor Rewards Program Terms and Conditions Version 1.0

These Program Terms contain the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the Texoor Rewards Program and is an agreement between Texoor Australia (ABN <>) ("Texoor" or “we” or “us”) and you (“you”) (this “Agreement”).

This Agreement takes effect when you visit the Texoor Rewards Program Website. If you do not agree then you must cease use of the Texoor Rewards Program Website and return or not use any Reward.

2. Eligible Products
(a) Eligible products are Texoor products that Texoor determines earn points for sales by its retail partners during the promotional period.
(b) Eligible products for the promotion can be found in schedule 1.

3. Participating in the Program
(a) The Program is a trade promotion. Texoor reserves the right to modify, cancel or terminate any or all elements of the Program at any time, subject to these terms and conditions.
(b) You may participate in the Program if you are an Australian or New Zealand resident and you are employed by an Texoor Customer for the purposes of selling Texoor products.
(c) To participate in the program you must register as a program participant at <program url> and use the portal to participate in the program. Claims will not be accepted by post or e-mail.
